The symptoms of the exposure to the crude oil was termed the "Valdez Crud".  As oil starts to come ashore from the BP spill, help keep your workers protected from "Gulf Crud" by giving them the training they need.  GBK is an EPA External Provider with vast experience in emergency response training and our courses meet OSHA requirements under 29CFR1900.120 (HAZWOPER). Training is available in instructor-led and online formats depending upon demand. For details, send an e-mail to support@gbki.com with the word GULF in the subject line.

GBK Wins Contract with Bureau of Indian Affairs http://www.envtraining.com/home-mainmenu-1/pressnews/157-gbk-wins-contract-with-bureau-of-indian-affairs Press/News Mon, 20 Jul 2009 18:26:38 +0000 GBK Partners with noodleStream.com http://www.envtraining.com/home-mainmenu-1/pressnews/37-front-page-top-story This week GBK entered into a 3-year agreement to provide subject matter expertise and support services to noodleStream.com, a leader in providing online occupational, safety and health training to the private sector.  "GBK's pedigree in environmental compliance and response ensures that our online curricula in the subject will out class anything else on the market," says Laura Beldon, noodleStream's Director of Channel Sales.  "We have an extensive project history in eLearning development ourselves, however, most of it is focused on deploying highly customized solutions for large, often public institutions like the Department of Defense.  Partnering with noodleStream will carry our eLearning content to much more broadly distributed market." says GBK's Managing Partner, Trey Greene.

Under the agreement, GBK will provide noodleStream with eLearning content in the areas of chemical, biological, radiological/nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) response and hazardous materials compliance, as well as assist in the development of a new series in the area of eco-sustainability.
