This 40-hour safety and health course meets OSHA's training requirement, 29 CFR 1910.120(e) and EPA 165.5 of a minimum of 40 hours of classroom instruction for hazardous waste site workers. The course is designed for personnel who are exposed to, or may potentially be exposed to hazardous substances in related activities. The course consists of classroom instruction, as well as hands-on training.

All personnel involved in hazardous waste site investigation, clean-up, remediation/restoration and environmental management personnel who may perform site investigations.
